    João Palhinha

i will get flamed for this but Paulinha's expansive forward running comes at a cost and will give coaches a headache because of the gaps he leaves behind. perhaps to get the best out of him we might need a creative deep lying playmaker - any young pirlo-wannabes out there? i believe that Gray...

    Rodrigo Bentancur

Bentancur is a very instinctive player - so wonderful to watch under tight situations Seems to be improving game by game TF has a problem when both him and Paulhinha are on - their adventurous running leaves very little structure in the centre

    Xavi Simons

I think its too much for xavi to start games and rather have bergvall on first to run everyone else ragged, then put xavi on to play against tired legs. rain didn't help - he looked miserable out there

    Kevin Danso

for the everton game - 3 times more tackles+clearances+blocked shots than vdv

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

Our win at Everton was all down to TF's tactics and subs. The midfield and attack still needs a lot of work and i believe the late transfers of xavi and muani is costing us

    Randal Kolo Muani

looked Ok at everton, movement was good but he looks way off from being fit for an EPL game.

I'd love Grealish in my squad though - we had porro and johnson to mark him and they barely managed to get any balls off him. three or four occasions he dribbled past BOTH of them in quick succession. everton have a bunch of brutes pretending to be football players - all huff and puff but no...

well they stopped a lot coming through the centre; on the other hand they also didn't do a lot to help the attack through the centre. so maybe they were focused on just breaking up play and maintaining their central presence - which they did very well.

we don't play well in the rain but that was a TF victory with the set pieces and defending structure love it that in the second half we didn't chase the ball to the keeper instead waited at the half way line before the press started don't love it that xavi and muani look far off in terms of...

but returned with an injury this is why the club doesn't want to give players nice things (private jet ride back)

harder this time to say for sure because the we are not topping running and sprinting stats. give it at least a full season to let TFs changes set in.

start richy and if he's not threatening his old club then ruthlessly sub him at the start of the 2nd half for muani. its all about on field performance - let the fight for places begin !
