    It’s more of an issue for trans women competing against women than it is for trans men competing against men, you rarely hear of a trans male dominating in the sports they compete in. But I broadly agree, they can’t just ban trans women as that would be singling them out.

    Personally I felt the IOC passed the buck by allowing individual sports to deal with it previously. There needs to be a trans category which will allow trans athletes to compete. The trans lobbies may not like it, but what’s the alternative.

    Agree with that analysis re the positions you mentioned. The only part I disagree is the forwards. Ours are below average so I’d like at LW and CF as the main priorities. 100% agree about Vicario though.

    Needs to stop taking his shirt off when he scores. Especially with VAR, you can have goals chalked off very easily and then you’ve accumulated a booking for nothing. The only times it’s ever excusable is if you score the winner late in a local derby or in a final.
