    I dunno, I watched Brentford under him and the last couple seasons I thought they were good value for thier status. But then again I thought Forest were a good watch under Nuno, compact, solid and then direct and devasating when they got the ball.

    Treat people as nothing but revenue streams and the result is that they will treat what they're paying for as a product and as such expect a certain level of satisfaction. Only way to reverse that is to make people feel valued as more then a replaceable figure on a balance sheet.
