***Tottenham Hotspur vs Chelsea***, Premier League, Nov 1st 2025 at White Hart Lane

I was in North Lower today and I accept it can be hard to gauge a performance from there… however, I thought that today was the poorest I’ve seen VDV play. To be fair, they were all rubbish, but there’s a particularly high expectation of him.

I thought that performance was absolutely disgusting. Devoid of any craft, guile or threat. The players looked utterly clueless from back to front. We made Chelsea look brilliant. They aren’t. But they’re far less rubbish than we are.

That’s an easy one - based on the rest of the match - It’s because he’s not fit to referee.

And while VAR clearly has MASSIVE faults and limitations… I wonder if the ref would have been asked to go to the monitor? This sort of ‘tackle’ being inexplicably missed by officials is one of the main reasons that we have VAR.

Every single time I see him play I’m left wondering how on Earth he stayed on the field. And much of the time he doesn’t even get booked. Bizarre.

The coverage has been an absolute embarrassment. It has been a while since I’ve had to put up with such a biased ‘love in’ for a club.

    OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Monaco ** 22/10/25.

I’ve no idea how that wasn’t a cricket score. We were absolutely abysmal. We offered precisely nothing going forward. It was similar to the Villa game in that respect, only worse. Which in itself was an achievement; probably the only one of the night.

    Fixture & Ticket News 25/26

Between buying tickets without any intention of attending and buying tickets to deliberately move them on, there’s plenty of people with good options to maintain their places at the top of the loyalty points table without ever having to attend those pesky second and third tier away fixtures!

My contention for some time has been the VAR is bent. This weekend has only further cemented that view. I simply cannot see how these decisions can be so consistently, catastrophically and obviously wrong unless there are dark forces/motivations at play.

*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v AFC Bournemouth ***

Looked a bit like the spurs players bought into all the positive vibes and showed up expecting to win - a bit like PL clubs often do in cup ties against lower league sides. Abysmal from front to back from start to finish. Vic made some very good saves but was also a liability with the ball at...

    Eberechi Eze

To me this indicates quite clearly that he had no intention of signing for us: he happily played in a league game (thus potentially jeopardising a move to THFC) and was happily going to play again in Europe (thus potentially jeopardising a move to THFC). Arsenal come along and he immediately...

    Eberechi Eze

If he joins Arsenal then my view is that he was always going to join Arsenal. As many on here have said, they’d been after him for some time. Amazes me how many people get sucked in by the social media kittens that cast their click bait in all directions. Don’t fall for it, people!

    Eberechi Eze

While I think it’s a little odd that Eze is still playing for Palace, I also totally understand it. A good performance from him tomorrow night could all but guarantee their place in the main draw of a European competition so of course they want him to play. Hopefully it’ll be his parting gift to...
