    Im not sure that we will see many square pegs in round holes with Frank. His well documented adaptability means he fits systems to players. With that in mind I doubt we will see Bentancur in the true "Kante" position - we either need to play a different way, sign someone in that mould or hope...

    I'm really surprised at some of the comments about saving cash on this deal. Tel has been one of the most highly rated forwards in Europe for the last 2 years, his potential is ridiculous and his ceiling is as high as any forward in Europe. We just got an absolute steal.

    If I recall the reason we have such a low wage bill right now is that when Ange came in we removed Perisic, Dier, PEH, Kane and a few other high earners from the roster. As a result of the policy, which became to recruit younger players, we have a period now where those players are not costing...

    Almost certainly bergvall and Kulu will feature. I have a feeling he might get the best from Richarlison too. It's going to be fascinating to watch. Id like to have seen Ange given another season but this feels like a positive from a negative.
