The officiating is an absolute joke at this point.

Is it too early to say we’re going to lose today?

Very good first 30, then we deflated. Last game we deflated after 20 minutes, so it's 10 minutes progress.

The midfield has looked more balanced in a 433, Tonali finally allowed the be the box to box carrier he is, Fernandes still looks slightly uncomfortable as a 8, he is so clearly a 6.
Changes I’d make for the 2nd half are Kudus for Solanke and switch Savio to the left, and then get Maddison on as soon as the medical team allow it.

You need goalscorers to get the floodgates open. We don't have a single one.

Marmoush has been toss, but has the excuse of being new, which wont last much longer.
Solanke is offering nothing, no hold up play, half arsed press and never near the ball
There want much of it and I’m assuming it was against the ref rather than our players.

Started really well
Forced Suzuki into some really good reaction saves from clean strikes. Almost too clean, rather than bouncing in off Mings.
Particularly from Savio and Gray, good strikes.
In control, wary of Jackson on the break but forcing lots of corners and good situations.
Bentancur has been brilliant, as usual. So many tackles, interceptions and cleanups.
Naive of Roberston to keep that ball in with VdV off the pitch, very naive. Scuffed shot and Manzambi in the right place... just what Spurs need, a scuffed shot and someone in the right place.
Bit worried about JPVH versus a fast Jackson, particularly on a yellow, potentially bring on Tosin?
We can do this; don't swing crosses onto Mings' forehead, but keep driving onwards. Bring on Maddison and Kudus at some point.

And De Zerbi has no regrets about letting Lankshear go.

Well I saw close with my prediction that it would be Owen Goal breaking the deadlock but it turns our Robertson merely decided to lay the ball on the plate for them instead,

We simply need to score when we’re on top. We create great chances and it takes a huge amount of physical effort, there’s no surprise we tire before the end of the half.
We just need to score, and it will open up everything else.

Half time. Villa have 8 warming up, we have Kudus
He didn't leave Liverpool for nothing; if he’d been any good, they would have kept him.
Ultimately, it’s our own fault.
We had two top-class full-backs, yet we sold one—and for a pittance.
For the past two years, we’ve known our issues were in attack.
I’m in favor of using center-backs as full-backs.

I think we've been good. And unfortunate.
No need to panic, other than over the state of refereeing and commentators not having anything other to say than countlessly mentioning how we've not scored a PL goal. It's a good talking point, I get it, but this minute by minute coverage is tireing.

That wasn't thru lack of players though...more like paying attention
