I started a reply to that tweet then deleted it because I don’t do twitter apart from reading it.
But from what I read there were daily calls with the club leading up to yesterday so I am a bit surprised that the club’s social media support (or otherwise) wasn’t discussed.
I think the people who organised yesterday did a fantastic job, deserve a huge amount of praise and, whilst I am not a fan of ROTS, he was always clear that these last few games need us all to back the team rather than protest - different to the CFT original approach.
I think the club did go in a bit heavy on yesterday but they’ve been slated for not engaging with fans yet they did exactly that in the lead up and facilitated and promoted what the fans were planning. So I think it’s a bit harsh to criticise the club comms - the comms team are not responsible for what happens on the pitch and whilst there have been times when they’ve not read the room, I believe the All Together posts and the Romero video (even if it was a bit cringeworthy) were meant to be supportive of the fan initiatives.
Emotions are running a bit high at the moment, understandably. But yeah, “All Together” needs to mean just that. Fans and club.

I just find it like a constant picking of fights, like you say, they colab'd on this all week, the message was "we are in this all together - Always" had won we unlikely hear him moaning, but as well as he done with last week ROTS just comes over contrary and now angry about something that his messaging helped create.

I find the constant noise coming out of accounts like him and Billie, CFT etc part of the major negativity around the place, its almost militant.

Emotions are high, I 100% agree, but honestly his moaning makes a mockery of "all together - always"

Yeah. All Together, Always when we win is easy.
But I think they’ll step up and organise something similar for Brighton, for which it will be much harder to gain traction ( especially if we lose away to Sunderland) so fair play if they do.

Yeh and I agree, fair play, but stop attacking the club you are trying to say you are united with at this time, otherwise it just sounds Bizarre.

The club had every right to piggyback on the noise made around the match day, I didn't agree with it, I think its playing up to be shot down by others, but they had the right to do so and it was created by ROTS and Co, they need to own it and collaborate based on the strap line IMO

I was wondering if the whole idea was fan led (it appeared like it from the outset?) and then the club joined in. Although I assume there was dialogue between all parties?

Alas, even 'getting behind the team' ends up divisive and finger pointing.

As I said before the game, this ain't a one shot initiative....

In reality it has to be left to the fans, and I'd hope (more than hope) that in a moment like this, a friend in need is a friend indeed. Unconditional support is not much to ask?

Exactly!
This is not the time for transactional bullllbrick like 'we all showed up and that's what they gave us f**k them' nonsense. In for a penny in for a pound, give them every ounce of loud, vocal support until the end of the season.
