Never said he would. If the lewis's are serious about wanting us to be successful why not go for him? Not many teams that could afford him and abide by psr/ffp. We are one of them as he'd doesn't have long on his contract.

Don't think it will happen. But it would be a statement. Even a loan till the summer.
 
Semenyo would be the most useful and bang for buck. Will hit the ground running.
Maybe a 30+ year old playmaker in midfield while Xavi finds his feet and double up as role model for sarr, gray and bergvall
young back up to Kudus ?

selling needs to be equally prioritised to reduce squad bloat and growing the war chest - one of Richy/Solanke and Johnson (while he is still hot with last season's stats)

How so sports fan? His form is rather good and he would count as home grown.

He was not convicted of any crime unlike Lloris say who was charged with drink driving.

His attitude towards Women was certainly off putting but one would hope he has grown and it might be an opportunity for us to help with that. Well placed publicity campaigns at local schools teaching the importance of respect. Of course London is the city where just a few weeks ago women were forbidden from entering a fun run, what's fun about running I hear you shout at the back.

So yeah London needs to become far more progressive, he could help with that if we associate with the right stakeholders.

Convicted or not convicted many of us heard the voice recordings to know what a piece of work he is. He's a talented footballer, there are a bucket load of talented footballers out there and he is one that we will rightfully go nowhere near....

He'll never play in or for England ever again. That is pretty certain thankfully.

A career ending injury happening soon would be an even better state of affairs though (about the only player who I'd ever wish that upon)
