Fixture & Ticket News 25/26

6,700 allocation for the Super Cup.
I wonder how many will be up for this mid-August with other holiday commitments and having already been to Bilbao.
Booked my flights and hotel after end of season. Really looking forward to it although expectations are low.

More allocation than I was expecting if I'm honest

Bound to be oversubscribed , loads travelled to Bilbao without tickets, 35/40000 in the stadium for the big screen showing , thousands on the streets for the parade. If ST's don't take up the full allocation then members will.

Naive question alert:
I live near Reading so might go to the preseason game with 2 kids.
The THFC site implies the Spurs tix will sell out like hotcakes to ST holders and mention loyalty points.

I’m just a plebian. We each have membership number things but are not ‘members’.

Would we get tix via Spurs or no chance?
Should I just get tix from Reading?

PS. Reading are shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit and nearly went bust 17 times last year so I am assuming their fans all gave up.

PPS. I’ve been there twice before; 2 of the coldest days of my life. It is BRUTAL in winter, huddling on the concrete concourse holding a cold pint

With an initial allocation of 2,071 would have thought you will very little chance of getting a ticket through Spurs, with 42,000 ST's and in excess of 100,000 members they should take up that allocation very quickly , probably stand a better chance getting a ticket through Reading.

Oh without a doubt. It won’t get anywhere near members. But if you don’t have accommodation booked already you’re looking at staying quite a way out of town, or further afield in the likes of Venice or Trieste, and driving/training in. Not going to work for many but I guess those who are confident of having sufficient points will already be booked up. Think a lot of those who managed to get tickets to Bilbao may be skipping this one, but it gives a chance to those further down the loyal point table - just need to sort the logistics.

Flights would be a problem but for those willing to drive just had a look on Booking.com and there seems to be an awful lot of hotels and b&b in and around Udine available on 12/13th August at reasonable prices, hotel in Udine for £131 per night if the website correct.

I mentioned this in the Winners' thread, but due to personal circumstances, I can no longer take this trip. Anyone look for a flight from Stansted to Venice on the morning of the game, returning the following day, with accommodation in Udine, let me know as I'm happy to offload for face value + name change fees (c.£400).
