    Yes part of the reason they spent more than they brought in. Is because they couldn't sell players. Why do you think it wasn't an issue before covid? Because you could sell players to offset your spending. When basically the whole of europe stops buying players it's a problem.

    Apart from the saudis they weren't. We sold kane (not exactly hard). Sanchez and winks (winks was really a part exchange for maddison). Point is, it will be difficult to shift players. Not just for us. Look at the jan window. Almost nothing.

    Nobody has money to buy. Half the teams in the prem are in trouble with psr. Most the teams in europe are skint. The handful of teams thst could afford our players wages probably don't want them. Rodon, tanganga and a couple of others might be sold. Hojbjerg too. The others?

    Improve the first 11. Drop those players to the bench. Get rid of those not good enough. Whole squad is improved.
