    If you want to maximise energy, you should make 4 subs early enough for those guys to make an impact, and keep 1 sub in your pocket for injury. If you only make 2 at 68 and then make another 2 at 80, that is not optimal, it means lots of players are knackered. Xavi and Richie need to come off.
