*TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR vs Stevenage OMT *

From BBC:

Early news on Michael Dawson's injury suggests a possible ruptured ankle ligament. Doesn't sound good for the centre-back.

50 yard glory passes? not really, but a little bit of vision wouldnt go amiss. The ability to change direction with the ball at his feet would be a bonus too.

Parker is our metronome. Slows down the play, increases our possession and that increases our belief and domination. He also works superbly with Modric. Stop Parker though, and we struggle. It's what Arsenal did, allowed him no time on the ball.

In all honesty, we're coming up to 60 minutes, 2-1 up, looking quite comfortable, take Bale off now.

Good penalty - but we got lucky it wasnt really a pen

it was a foul, because the guy took bale and not the ball - however, bales touch meant if the guy hadnt laid him flat he would have air kicked pretty hard and dislocated a knee! haha

I disagree with that to be honest. I think that when Parker gets on the ball too much it strangles our play and removes any dynamics from the move. I think he puts players under pressure with telegraphed 5 yard passes in straight lines.
