Both just seem like players we’ll be looking to shift again next summer.

I think we’ve reached that point that if the quality isn’t there we just keep the money and look again come January and next summer.

We’ve had a really good window and have added some good options to the squad, many of them to the first eleven.

At this point, these two just feel like panic signings for the sake of making them and I think we would be best served holding on to the money.

Something to be said for not adding even more churn in to what has already been a crazy summer, unless it's for some genuine quality of course.

Murdyk will be a loan

Fair, I read both as a transfer for some reason but I still feel the same, given Mudryks career over the last couple of years, I don’t see him filling a space LWB couldnt. Sure, it could be argued Mudryk has prem experience, but I’m just not seeing the point in this.

Nothing against Mudryk even, just seems a waste of a loan even if it doesn’t cost us much for a loan fee. I don’t think he’s the required quality even to bother with him as a back up, play a youth player.

It’s been a good window, this just feels like numbers for numbers sake - this window of all of them feels like it needs a point where we say “we have enough new players to settle in and get playing together without adding more on top”.
