Madness, CL glory or playing against PL b teams? only ever one answer mate.

European nights are different, it's the last refuge of atmosphere at the ground.
What atmosphere. There's been no atmosphere in any game this season. The return of Don was pretty tame aswell. I can tell you now the atmosphere when winning the FA Cup will beat any atmosphere in a group stage CL game before the inevitable beating as soon as we play anyone decent in the knockouts.

This being in the CL. isn't all it's cracked up to be. Certainly hasn't helped us with recruitment has it? Of course I love to win it and if I thought we had a chance then other than the league it's the best thing to win. But we aren't going to win it. Not a chance.

I love the FA Cup. Always have always will. It's still magic to me, and results like the Macclesfield Palace game earlier are a big part of it. Not to mention our special relationship with it. It was our trophy once and the only trophy we come anywhere near any of our rivals in terms of success.

And look at the winners list of the past decade or 2. Largely dominated by City, Chelsea and Arsenal. This is no Dog and Duck Cup. It's actually harder to win than the Europa and look at the joyous scenes when we won that.

It's been said before but doing the line ups in numerical order is quite annoying. Is it a tactical thing so the opposition have to work out who is playing where (as if it matters with our lot ha)?

Seems a bit mad that Porro is starting, but they've got the data. A shame on Dragusin, maybe not ready for a start but you've got to play football to get match fit...Great to see Dom and Destiny back as options.

Today is a brand new day, so maybe we're a bit brick but we've got some decent players and it might come together. I certainly hope so, being one of those wretched fans who considers winning something a good thing rather than desperately hoping to be 6th instead of 10th. Lose this and the interest trails off a bit because the objective becomes a dull one.
