Despite the thread title I don't presently think Spurs should sack him, but I think anyone who has been watching Spurs this season must have reservations. It's great that he is a pragmatic manager, and is prepared to change teams and tactics depending on our opposition, however it's pretty obvious he is making mistake after mistake. I believe we have a top six squad, but I don't believe we will finish anywhere near top six, and that can only be down to the manager. I appreciate we have key injuries, but that will never change. From here on in I want to see some improvement, and I don't think that is unreasonable. I genuinely believe that if we lost the Fulham game today, then Saudi Sportswashing Machine and Brentford, he will be skating on very thin ice.

Your opinions please

Don't agree with the thread title even if you have some valid concerns similar to mine - unless we want to do this manager dance forever might aswell give him time bar an absolute car crash.

Long as he uses the PSG template for how to approach games and the (type of) players selected then we should be fine from here. Bumps along the way, but I'm sure it will all be fine as he's an intelligent guy learning in the job at a club like ours which is very different to Brentford....

The problem being that we have 62000 supporters paying an absolute fortune wo watch the team. I don't think anyone expects us to win the league in the next few years, but I do think supporters want to see some improvement. OK, we do look better under Frank than Ange, but the average gerbil has more more tactical ability than Ange did

I’m the opposite, which is probably even less popular - I would keep him for a minimum of three years (unless relegation becomes a huge possibility) and give him licence to build a team. I certainly wouldn’t even consider sacking him four to five months into his first season

With age profile of gray, Bergvall, Sarr, Udogie, vdv, Xavi, rkm and vuskovic if we can keep them together we could really be a force in three years time.

The trouble being that most supporters won't give any manager three years if they don't see improvement. I want to see Frank succeed, but my gut feeling says he won't

That’s the problem, the trend is to want a manager gone within the first few months if there isn’t instant improvement rather than give him time which I assume is what every manager needs to bring about consistent long term improvement

I agree with you....

I also don't think that Spurs should presently sack him.

I think we should sack our managers after 6 months, it's the only way we can please our fan base. Who cares if we win anything, play well or have decent players, what we want is something to moan about.
I think I'll dump Spurs and support the team that is top of the league each week I can then bathe in the reflected glory I'll recieve for being smarter than everyone else.
