Vance seems so ready for the response to “the far left” (of which there is no such thing) killing Kirk, it’s almost like they knew it was going to happen…
 
I watched today’s Trump ‘press conference’ before he boarded the plane to fly him here.
Nothing new but I just can’t get my head around how someone so childish is the president of the United States of America.

I'm sure the people who go on and on about cancel culture and free speech and how these things are supposedly big issues with the left will now be in a real uproar against Trump, MAGA and Republicans.

All the centrist and right wingers who can't stop criticising the illiberal nature of the left (as they would probably put it). This is your time to speak up. The defenders of western values of freedom of speech and liberty will surely now rise and make it clear just how unacceptable this is.

Trump just does what the more deranged left wing cancel culture social media mob wish they could. The wish for that by some on the left is enough to produce hours of content in reaction. Now it's people with real power actually doing it, I'm sure the facts over feelings crowd will make their fact based voices heard loud and clear. Kirk stood for freedom of speech and allowing unpopular opinions to be heard I was told, surely his supporters won't stand for this defamation of his legacy.

Oh brick, I forgot about hypocrisy and intellectual dishonesty for a moment. Never mind.

"They're not allowed to do that". What a thing for the president of a country with free speech to say. I can't understand how this is acceptable to anyone other than a small fringe.

This alone should essentially be career ending for a politician. Just that statement in itself can have a chilling effect on speech. But then also the obvious actual threat it carries.

But obviously leftists are the one's with "Trump derangement syndrome".

What happened with Jon Stewart? I thought he retired and quit his show a few years ago?.. Did he come back again or does he now do a different show etc?
