Do not get carried away thinking there will be three or four signings in Jan it’s highly unlikely and pay attention to Angie comments that nothing revolutionary will happen in Jan

there will be a center half and as I have said and that right now is looking like the Romanian boy , if there are additional deals they will have to be very favorable terms for the club like jota loan with option to purchase next summer and the same with kelvin Philips
 
I am not expecting a lot of signings ( Jan is not the best time to sign players) We will make moves of course but most of our work will be done in the summer. imo

What do you think Jota would give us in the context of Solomon's imminent return? They are much-of-a-muchness. I guess if there's been any issues with Solomon then an emergency loan of Jota could make sense. But otherwise it's two identical players on the bench

One has done it more consistently under Ange
solomon could be anything TBf and hopefully the coaching during his injury will help him
 
A Bentancur/Kulusevski kind of January would be great. I see that as a CB and a CM (a LW could be just as crucial though.)
 
Can Jota and/or Solomon cover the left and right wings?

Or are they both more left (I'm sure Solomon has played on the right for us at one point)

Both left from what I’ve seen (not much)
But it would mean….
Jota, Soloman plus son and Richy can play left
You also have Johnson who can play there
Then it’s son and Richy with Veliz central

And kulu and Johnson Rught

A lot more options for rotation at least
