Yes. He's not always effective. But overall he's been an asset and helped them win the game. He needs to develop confidence, and possibly play in a system where he knows what to do.
Interesting to see him switch to the left - where if played in attack - for me he could be most effective.
I am not that into the guy, he's not reliable/consistent. But as a cheap impact sub, we couldn't go wrong.

The rest I think is confidence/system/slowing down. It is not easy to cross or shoot accurately when running at such pace.
