*** OMT: Tottenham Hotspur vs. Stoke City ***

FT 3-1. Comfortable in the end but still nowhere near the finished article. Jose's team and subs were strange and we will only know if justified when we take on Wolves on Sunday.

Bless him, Winksy referencing a cold, windy, wild, wet night in Stoke... Had one like that under a bridge at the local station myself.

Hard to guage what we were, as Stoke were pretty much 'what you see is what you get' no surprises, no threats, no tricky youngsters, as one dimensional as you can get.

A weird performance, some of it very scrappy and poor and then a decent couple of spells later in the game for the 2nd and 3rd goals. Lamela and Sissoko both did well, Sissoko played a couple of decently weighted balls, one for Harry’s goal.
Sanchez imo struggled, maybe I’m being harsh but i think he’d better at a small club like Middlesbrough, West Ham or possibly Saudi Sportswashing Machine.
Would like to see Doherty get a decent run, not because I thought he was great but just to get more games under his belt. A job well done in the end.
