***OMT - SPURS vs Chelsea***

Happy with the result but very disappointed in the second half performance. We didn't show any ambition at all and with our attacking talent, that's a shame. Thought Dier and Kane were fairly poor too. Harry got very little but did little and Dier gave away a lot of stupid balls second half. Rodon settled well error at the end aside. Hojbjerg worked hard, Sissoko was okay in some respects laughable in others, the full backs did well, Ndombele was excellent on the ball and the front three were quiet. Hugo made one excellent save and looked assured throughout. What a recovery he's made. Thought it was reminiscent of Santini's 0-0 during the second half with Son playing the part of Atouba by stringing out the substitution.

Reasonably happy. We've gone to a team in form, looked very solid and gone back to the top of the table. Would like to see us show a bit more going forward though.

Decent result, but the game was there for the taking. Didn't feel we had the same intensity as vs City, and if we had, we'd have won this.
But I take a 0-0 and still top of the league!

Can't really question Mourinho there. A bit more cool from us when we had openings and we'd have replicated the city game. LeCelco at the end, Aurier, Bergjwin should have done a little better. Chelsea proving that if you keep Kane and Son quiet you can stop us scoring. Both teams didn't want to lose, thought we were marginally better.

@milo
Sissoksinho
Reguillon - he just gets my vote. I love the way he plays. He's an fullback and inside wide midfielder all in one. He just moves really subtly into areas that affect the game and confuse the opposition.

Not amazing to watch. But plenty of times I have wanted us to set up like that away at the big sides. Aim to be tight, hope to hit them when opportunities come up.

I'm happy with the point. A ground we always lose on. They didn't dominate us. But also we did not show a ton of ambition going forward.

Hojbjerg was impressive. Reguilon was causing them some problems. Sissoko did a total job for the team. Rodon got better as the game went on. Ndombele had some silky moments.

Another clean sheet. Take the plus points and we move on.

Frustrating game because I feel like Chelsea were there for the beating and approaching this game as if they were Emirates Marketing Project was a mistake.

They aren't that good, we can go toe to toe with them and come out on top if we make the right selections.

Today the first half was fine and comfortable, I felt we were in control despite not being particularly ambitious but the 2nd half was dreadful from us. No real attempt at winning the match and not because Chelsea forced us to play poorly, they really weren't any better but at least tried.

Which makes it all the more galling I think that was a very winnable game.

The kind of point that is worth double come May - or whenever the season ends, I don't even know anymore

This is what you get from Mourinho. Dire to watch but if we win trophies I don’t mind for a season or two. Think Tanganga should get a chance next to Dier. Rodon was fine but he almost let them in a couple of times. Aurier was very disciplined which was definitely a plus. Bergwijn doesn’t have the quality of Kane and Son on the ball. Worked hard and helped pull off Mourinho’s plan though so can’t be too critical.

Good point in the end, first half was decent second half we played like we were defending a lead. Thought Rodon had a mare tbh but at least didn’t cost us (nerves may have played a part, it was decision making more than anything) and Dier also got away with a couple of loose passes. Kane and Son never got a sniff really, I think playing on the right negates the latter. When have Lo Celso and Ndombele, plus Bale as a fully mobile goal threat we can turn be more dominant in these matches - if this was an away CL game it would go down as a good point and think Jose treated it as such.
@milo Aurier or Hojberg for mom.

We were fudging shocking with the ball, Dier kept giving the ball away with stupid passes and everyone was trying to much with the ball as if they didn't even want to win the game. Said i would take a draw but that was the most negative play i have ever seen a Spurs team play.
