Really surprised Sneider decided to join Galatasary. Thought he would want to stay in the top leagues of Europe. After playing for Ajax, Real and Inter, this must be a a real fall from grace for him. A bit disappointed we didn't try to sign him. Thought he would be usefull addition to our attacks.

Wesley Sneijder has been encouraged to reunite with Jose Mourinho at Chelsea this summer by Holland coach Louis Van Gaal.

Galatasaray president Unal Aysal has hinted that Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham target Wesley Sneijder could leave the club this summer.

Eager to get him off their books I presume.

I've got a Turkish mate at work who supports Galatasaray. He ain't been overly impressed with ol' Wesley to say the least!

I wonder if he's the sort of player who only looks great within a certain team/style of play? Although I haven't really seen enough of him to comment outside of Inter games.

Not sure if his talent can cover a lack of effort any longer. Too much of a glory player after Inter won the CL. Free kicks and long distance shots seems to be all can bothered to do at times.
