It seems on every day of war memorial, there's always some puffed-up gobbrick complaining that the modern pampered generation simply couldn't cope if there was a war today - but it's not entirely true.
Despite being a fully paid-up member of the liberal Hollywood A-list, Bruce Willis has played so many hard men in films that he now genuinely believes he is good at war and could fight like some sort of super-soldier if he ever needed to.
Tom Hardy believes the same thing about himself too – but has gone one further. Hardy has been known to tell people that he's actually been recruited by the SAS on a sort of ad hoc basis. Obviously they don't need him for day-to-day duties, but he claims that they've got him on call if brick ever goes down.
