The Youth Players/On-Loan Thread 2017/18

Edwards - Unused Sub in Norwich's 1-4 loss at QPR.
Onomah - Unused Sub in Villa's 0-0 draw with Hull on Saturday
Harrison - got 21 mins in Southends 4-0 win over Gillingham
CCV - Unused Sub in Ipswich's 2-2 draw with Millwall
Amos - played 90 mins in Stevenage's 4-1 win over Barnet

Walkes should play later for Portsmouth.

Suprise for me is CCV being dropped to the Bench and not playing. He has been getting good reviews for them and played every game. He did play the full 90 in
their 1-0 defeat up at Birmingham on Saturday so might have been rotated for rest.

Anyone know where Bennetts was playing on the pitch. Quite a young team there.

Left wing but swapped sides with Tracey during the 2nd half, both his goals came from winning free-kicks after cutting in from the right.

He was wearing 11 I think... not that it helps anymore

From what I’ve seen of the comments Oliver Skipp was the standout dropping back from centre mid to CB and having a stormer at 17

Skipp is pretty much always excellent, rarely does he have a poor game. The maturity he plays with at such a young age is the most impressive thing about him, along with a considerable work ethic.

Can see him and Winks being the first choice CM in a couple of years

Do you think Bennetts could ever become a wing back for us?

From what I've seen this year Bennett, Skipp and Tanganga look good as well as an other young centreback with double-barrelled name.
