You have hit a key point for me.
Is it "just about wins and points"?
If it was, I'd be salivating over someone like Mourinho.

No, for me, this club is about a lot more than that. It's about wins and points with style and class on and off the pitch.
It always will be.
I'd take 10 seasons of Martin Jol-era Spurs over two seasons of Mourinho coming in and stinking up the place with his narcissistic, life-draining gonad*s, trophies or not. As stated elsewhere, I'd suck it up like a good little hypocrite if it were ever to happen, but much like if we get bought by an oligarch or oil magnate, a significant piece of this will have died for me personally...
 
Mourinho is an awful person!
But us slipping out of a champions league spot this season will be dreadful with all the investment that has been made!
I loathe Mourinho as a person but something needs just, just must!
We will keep our fingers crossed it doesn’t come to that!
