Mauricio Pochettino put Tottenham Hotspur through their paces today ahead of Wednesday's League Cup quarter-final at Arsenal.

Many of the usual faces were present for Tottenham at their training ground, but there two stood out.

Davinson Sanchez, who hasn't played for Spurs in six weeks, was spotted, but so too was Georges-Kevin Nkoudou.

The French winger has managed only 27 minutes of football all season under Pochettino, who was photographed shaking the 23-year-old's hand today.

Nkoudou was named on the bench for Spurs' win at Leicester City earlier this month in what was the first time he's made a squad for a league game all season.

And it'll be very interesting to see if he makes the squad for tomorrow's trip to Arsenal.

Here are some pictures of the former Marseille star and Sanchez.

It seems unlikely that Sanchez will be risked, considering he hasn't kicked a ball for Tottenham since November 6.

But Pochettino might be tempted to play Nkoudou. A solid showing might increase the chance of one club taking a chance on him in January because, at the moment, it seems very improbable that he's going to be a success in North London.
