GLOW - just started season 1, I quite like it. Not just for Allison Bries tits ;) Its funny, and a great 80's period piece, enjoying it so far.

Good Girls - Quite fun, ridiculous - but enjoyable

Lodge 49 on AMC is great. It's got Sonya Cassidy in it too - and she is not only a great actress but easy on the eyes.

Munched through the man bricky docu-soap on amazon prime....mmmmm ok,some parts are quite interesting but knowing they won the first 18 games or whatever,it struggled to to create some sort of interest because the best bits i found were the defeat at Wigan, the derby game where they lost 3-2 after being 2 up and the Liverpool games, plus you see what it was like from inside the bus on Champs legaue night ouside Anfield but for some reason that was from someones phone not from the film makers itself,

One niggle thats always at the back of your mind is that you see supporters being interviewed(especially one annoying kid all the time)and how hard it was for them being the underdog compared to Utd over the years,is that they are getting financial support off a country basically and one of richest in the world,so they can buy anyone they want at a click of a finger if required but to balance that out they create a scene with the chairman and he spreaks in his soft voice ,a close up is required so to create some sort of compassion as they go into depth on why they didn't sign Sanchez,as if,they could have bought him if they wanted no problem but i presume Sanchez wanted a guarantee to play every week which Pep would have disagreed to most probably.

Pep's team talks are quite interesting but you only see small snippets so its a bit confusing what he wants from the players from the outside,as obviously we cant' see everything he tells them....training is always seen in the evenings i presume these were set up for filming, tactics information is kept to a minimum. Nearly all the backroom staff are Spanish even the chefs, plus any major injuries they get flown out to Barcelona straight away, only rehab is done at the training centre but the kit man and boot room staff are English,so quite a lot of stuff is subtitled. You see some of the players at home Aguero lives alone most of the time, but you hardly see any wifes or girlfriends apart from birthday parties for their children.... Kompany comes across as quite laidback and is seen doing bits and pieces for the club. There seems to be good vibe amongst the players but you wonder if this is exaggerated for the cameras sometimes.

Its an ok documentary but it would have been far more interesting if the title chase would have been closer so to create a bit more tension, being so far ahead in the table and especially as you know what happens in the end not much excitement unless your a city fan.

I don't watch commercial tv live as I can't stand the ads (hypocritical of me as it paid my salary and pension), but I watched a film which I couldn't record and saw this advert which seem to me to announce the end of the civilised world. I was lead to believe adverts should always contain an aspirational message and in The Suns ad for bingo all "wimen" should have fun by being fat chavs, but I suppose it does mirror half the "wimen" I see down the high street, next an Alfa Romeo driven by a fat bloke smoking his vape with his arse hanging out his pants.

Bodyguard on BBC has been very good so far

Set in and around the corridors of power, Bodyguard tells the fictional story of David Budd, a heroic but volatile war veteran now working as a Specialist Protection Officer for the Royalty and Specialist Protection Branch (RaSP) of London’s Metropolitan Police Service.

When he is assigned to protect the ambitious and powerful Home Secretary Julia Montague, whose politics stand for everything he despises, Budd finds himself torn between his duty and his beliefs. Responsible for her safety, is he actually her biggest threat?

Bit predictable with the shagging though
