Ron Henry
Imagine if we had signed him though...
The uproar would have been huge
Defending isn’t hard IMO, but our players make it so
I thought you meant Michael Dawson.
But yeah, we didn't bother their CB's today, Kane wasn't at it.

If that’s the case - and I doubt it - then he is a miracle worker having us at the lofty height of ninth. And nobody (other than the none he is second to) could have done more. Thank you, Jose for taking this bunch of part-timers and journeymen to such a fantastic place. That was a TV interview I think.
This is from the post match press conference :
How many points from top 4 is it now?
Another of the arguments in his favour bites the dust
If he is unable to sort the issues out then maybe he should step aside and let someone else try.Does anyone think that statement from Jose to the BBC is wrong?
He is only still here because of how much it will cost the club to sack him IMO. Also because it will show the chairman up for making a very bad decision in wasting £40+ million instead of just listening the the best manager we have had in the 20 years he has been at the club.
Maybe that’s what he was inferringIf thats the case Jose, then you should go. The team are underperforming under you
Maybe that’s what he was inferring
Why would he resign?Hopefully, in which case we'll see a resignation from him shortly
Why would he resign?
He is basically highlighting the players should play better but he can’t get anymore out of them
Up to the board now
No manager ever resigns do they?
433 with total license to Tang and the full backs. As I say that’s a fluid 6 that can create.so more of a 433 than a 4231 then?
maybe but it's sacrificing an attacking player imo and if Ndombele is the one transitioning the ball from midfield to the final third you still need a creative outlet once it's there - you can't expect the same player bringing the ball forwards to be the one to create once there, imo
