He's been our worst player since the restart.

No worse than a lot I agree
Only ones who have stepped up have been Hugo, Dier and Toby with Lo Celso at times

I think like a lot of the players they know their playing for nothing and going through the motions

If so, that shows up a major character flaw.

That’s flimflam though, they aren’t (or weren’t playing for nothing)

I saw he posted on Instagram a few days ago that he was at some restaurant in Chigwell, with an absolute mountain of what is essentially junk food (probably expensive junk food, but still junk food).

There were burgers, kebabs, ribs. All heavy crap that I'm surprised a top-flight footballer would be eating a few days before a game.

I dunno, maybe I'm being harsh - but I just find that incredibly unprofessional.

Yeah that's the one. Like I said, seems weird to be eating that kind of stodgy stuff few days out from a game.

He looked a bit tubby just before the United game. Having lost a couple of stone myself recently and put some of it back on I can totally identify with how easy and quickly it can be to pile the pounds on. And professional athletes have doctors, fitness experts and dieticians on hand so they can lose weight far quicker than you or me could so it’s probably not a huge deal but I just think professional athletes should always be in shape. They shouldn’t just be in shape when they are competing.

Im on a strict diet which i occasionally break but the dietician who set it up with me when i was first diagnosed said it takes more out of you to go up and down in weight and is worse for your health.

I do feel sluggish after i eat bread.
