Why would that be the case? Does AVB speak Croatian?

I think the reasoning for this was that AVB did not seem to put youth in the team very often and so he would not have had a chance to get straight in the side. Where as Tim seems a fan of youth so he would be more likely to get a chance and it was implied that was what his father was after.

But he said our chances would be greatly reduced now that AVB is gone ... not improved.
