About one year ago my two lovely lesbian neighbours told me that they were planning on having a baby, and they asked me if I could help them. They were fine with doing it the old fashioned way.
So we've kept trying for a little over a year now, with no result.

Should I tell them I'm sterilized?

Tell them it must be them - that they are not trying hard enough and need to up their game.
