If the footballing authorities decide to take the example of Lance Armstrong and strip them of all their honours in that time, how would you feel about it? How would you feel if in a few weeks we get awarded:

2016/17 - EPL
2014/15 - League cup

I don't really care who else benefits from it, but if Chelski really were stripped of all those titles they've bought, I would laugh so hard and so long. Then celebrate us winning the PL.

You missed my point. Cheatski have been cheating. They cheat. Hence the name. They are using the money they stole from the Russian people. They have not been "winning" things, they have been buying things. With someone else's money. That is cheating.
