    Wan-Bissaka

Could be a bit like Fulham. When they got promoted and we were (apparently) interested in Sessegnon, it was £50m+. Now they are down, they aren't really in a position to get such a high fee. All the promoted teams will want to "do a Wolves" and it doesn't seem realistic that they are going to...

    Wan-Bissaka

I don't see Norwich selling any of their players on the cheap unless they get relegated. No Premier League team really has to sell at a cut-price anymore.

    Danny Rose

I don't think we will look to move Rose on at the moment, we have other positions to address. Maybe in the summer of 2020 I could see him going.

    Wan-Bissaka

City don't. And whilst he provided width for us, he was better at defending than he was going forwards imo. You see it differently, but I watched him the same as you and don't agree, simple as that. Walker's main strength was and is his 1v1 defensive ability, it's very rare his opponent gets the...

    Wan-Bissaka

Always better defensively for us than going forward imo, same at City. I'll agree to disagree.

    Wan-Bissaka

I think in a defensive 1v1, there aren't many better right-backs than him to be honest. His pace is obviously a big factor in that.

    Wan-Bissaka

I think he'll be like Walker, who isn't that great going forward. Just a brilliant 1v1 defender. Whether OGS can make use of that is another matter.

    Wan-Bissaka

Signing him and Toby makes a lot of sense for Utd (no idea if they still want Toby).

    Ndombele

Gudongen (however you spell it) is better than Fernandinho for City, imo. They didn't miss a beat with him in that role, he suits them more.

    Christian Eriksen

He's been fanatstic for us, no hard feelings if he feels it's time to move on. I hope we can do what Liverpool did when they sold Coutinho.

    Andre Gomes

I haven't seen much of this player, so I might have him completely wrong. But I ain't that impressed on what I have seen. Reminds me of Tommy Hudd, pings a pass but not very mobile. Doesn't strike me as a Poch midfielder. Maybe he just hasn't played that well when I've seen him (again, not seen...

    Mauricio Pochettino - Sacked

I hope Poch stays for a long time, love the guy. I don't know if he will stay for many more seasons, he's been here 5 years already and that's a pretty long time in modern football. But I hope he does remain with us, he can stay for the rest of his career as far as I'm concerned.

    Christian Eriksen

It's been said before, but I don't think he'd be directly replaced in the same way that Coutinho wasn't at Liverpool. If, for example, we sold Eriksen and signed Bale, you could have a front 3 of son---kane---bale. Get a better right-back to replace Trippier, Rose on the left and we might be...

    Christian Eriksen

I don't think any of our attacking players were any good, but you have to give Liverpool some credit for that, they are very good defensively nowadays.

    Kieran Trippier

Agree, he does seem like a nice guy and I wish him luck wherever he goes next.

    Kieran Trippier

Had his moments, but best for everyone that he moves somewhere else now. Simply not good enough this season, the weakest link in the team by a long way.

    Danny Rose

Agreed, I wish the others had his bravery and willingness to take responsibility.
  18. T

    Matthijs De Ligt

Was Llorente giving Ajax a huge problem down to Blind, or was De Ligt also to blame? It'd be a concern imo, plenty of teams in England have a big forward and most Premier League teams aren't too proud to hit long balls if there is a weakness in the opposition.

    Transfer Tittle-Tattle

IIRC, Wan Bissaka got his chance in the first team at Palace because Fosu Mensa (I have spelt his name wrong) was on loan from Utd and couldn't play in the game against them. Wan Bissaka came in, played so well he stayed in. Then they played Chelsea and us in the same month and Wan Bissaka...

    Fernando Llorente

His best ever game for us, Ajax could not handle him at all. Changed everything.
