Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

Dear Supporters,

We would like to thank all fans for their continued patience whilst we work with Premiership Rugby and other clubs to reschedule the games impacted by the postponement of the Premiership season due to Coronavirus, including The Showdown at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

We would like to reaffirm that all Saracens season tickets, match tickets and hospitality packages purchased will remain valid for rescheduled games.

As soon as we have the details of new dates, or if there are any updates regarding the status of games, we will be in contact with individual ticket purchasers to discuss their options, including processing refunds if the purchaser is unable to attend the rescheduled fixture.

We are sorry that refunds cannot be granted until the status of the postponed fixtures are known in order to treat all ticket purchasers consistently and fairly.

That last paragraph doesn’t make sense. As long as they offer/give refunds to everyone, that would be treating all ticket purchasers “consistently and fairly”, wouldn’t it?

Esnortiars had to go! See it every time when using the app. hands up was me who posted them. Time to replace it and remember the new gaff:

Yes, but the date it was supposed to be is long since passed, and it's not rescheduled. Ought to be an option to get a refund now.
And they are fudged financially and already relegated for next season so will no way be playing at our ground next season

They will do a special game at our ground next season
I know a few lads who are season ticket holders for them and are ITK
They have accepted the relegation and plan to bump up the money with some “friendlies”

Maybe but I want my £240 back for a game I only was going too for a massive tinkle up with my rugger loving work mates

TICKET PURCHASER UPDATE

Dear Mark,

Many thanks for your continued patience whilst we await further guidance regarding the current postponement of the 2019/20 Premiership season due to Covid-19, including “The Showdown” match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Consultations between the Government, Premiership Rugby and all the clubs in the league are ongoing, and whilst we know that many rumours are circulating in the press about the possible outcome of these discussions, no decisions have yet been made.

We are very sorry that, in order to treat all ticket purchasers fairly and consistently, we are unable to grant refunds until the status of the postponed fixtures are confirmed. As soon as we have an update, we will be in contact with individual ticket purchasers via email to outline a range of options, including refunds, should the 2019/20 season be officially cancelled.

We are hugely grateful to our supporters and all members of the rugby community, many of whom have suffered enormously throughout the Covid-19 crisis, for their understanding of the precarious financial position the sport finds itself in.

As a club we have undertaken a range of measures to help counter the immediate halt of revenue generating activities including a 25% pay cut across all players and staff, the furloughing of the majority of our workforce and a series of other cost cutting initiatives.

We are doing everything possible to ensure we are able to support ticket purchasers once a decision regarding the status of the season is made.

Stay safe everyone and we hope to see you soon.
