    Just because you pass the ball forwards a few times doesn’t make you creative. Bergval recycles the ball, thats all he does, he has not shown any consistent creativity to make him a starter.

    I’d much rather have players who can come into the team and improve us rather than waiting on youngsters to reach their potential and fighting relegation every season. They are not going to be starters here which means they will not develop here.

    Not including the players who were well on the way to being superstars before we sold them (Modric and Bale). How many young players (and just players in general) have we let go of and regretted it because they turned out to be world class? I can’t remember a single one in the last 15-20 years...

    Bergval has done no more than Lewis Holtby and Vuskovic played for a mediocre side in Germany. Bergval will not be going to a bigger club unless he is guaranteed football. He doesn’t even start for Sweden.

    That Nmecha for Germany reminds me of Dembele with the way he moves. Obviously not saying he plays like him but his body language and movement is similar to Moussa.
