    Yes, at the grand old age of (in March anyway) 59, I was advised to hang up my boots. How the football world will deal with losing my devastating skill, vision, pace and humble leadership remains to be seen!!! I'm adding cycling back in to cover the days I am not doing gym.

    I certainly agree he has to bear some responsibility, and some players require special management i.e. Paul Gascoigne. I suppose it depends on how much you think he's worth it. But I think the club overall has some big problems structurally.

    I am on a low beta-blocker (12mg a day) am able to do cardio albeit not HiT style...which is suddenly fine at my age. Have to say, the beta-blocker has been really good for me. Great advice re: taking a path with a proper doctor/professional.
