    Of course it is complicated. There are countless considerations to make. That I would put an arbitrary number on an arbitrary event/country/disater/whatever would effectively undermine my own point about politicians putting arbitrary numbers on the Uk's intake.     I did answer it, just not to your liking. I responded that it is too complicated a question to be answered by someone like me on a football forum, and each case needs to be considered individually. If you don't like that answer then so be it.
