    I’ve recently been to a Gartner event. The industry opinion is that companies are not yet seeing real benefit from AI adoption. That’s a market with a correction fast approaching.

    Typo there, my point is, if they are fleeing a country where our previous involvement is related to the unrest, we have a responsibility. Wherever they are housed in the UK the tax payer pays for it, that’s how our system works, taxes paid by those who can afford it subsidise those who can’t.

    There are plenty of players, even highly successful ones, who don’t understand the game. Being good at something, is not a prerequisite to understanding it, the ability to explain it, or most importantly, being able to decipher the stats that come from it.
