American politics

Manafort got less than 4 years. There you go, less than the girl who voted by accident. America is fudged.
Kind of always has been. Apart from the odd glimmer of hope from the Civil Rights movement and others. The general status quo is money, money, money.

Fate Vincent Winslow, a 41-year-old homeless black man, was sentenced to life in prison for selling $20 in weed. Trump’s campaign chairman Paul Manafort, a wealthy and well-connected 69-year-old white guy with a $15,000 ostrich jacket, gets 47 months for bank and tax fraud.

#JudgeEllis sentenced Frederick Turner, 37, to a mandatory minimum of 40 years in prison for dealing methamphetamine: "I chafe a bit at that, but I follow the law. If I thought it was blatantly immoral, I'd have to resign. It's wrong, but not immoral.

What the fudge is a military challenge edition?
Erm......just erm......

It’s scary how much sway that fudgetardary still has.

I was keeping an eye on the Manford sentencing today where he got off relatively lightly compared to what he could have got, about 7.5 years all told. It's long but it could have been worse. And less than an hour later the New York's DA just slapped a bunch more changes on the table. Harsh, but funny.

Half to run concurrent to the last one so about 8 years total with NY to come

His orange friend will no doubt pardon him for everything he can. Good to have some state level charges as well.
