Just wanted to say that this free version is great.. takes the tinkle out of the art of mixing. Still its really really good.

Been up all night messin with it. lol misses ain't amused.
 
VDJ is actually pretty good, even without a controller. I'm using Traktor now but I got started with VDJ using just my keyboard and mouse. I've since upgraded to a Kontrol S4 :)
