The Sun On Sunday

NOTW should never have closed. All the red tops and probably all papers, including The Guardian were at it either directly or via 3rd parties. I hope it claims back all readers. Especially the 800,000 people who n longer read a paper of any sort in a Sunday after it closed.
 
They'll want to make a big splash with the first issue. I'm guessing they having been saving up a big story for weeks about some celebrity cheating on his wife/coming out of the closet/taking illegal drugs.... you get the idea.
 
the whole thing was a PR stunt to relaunch failing newpaper sales, plummeting month on month.

print journalism is fudged, end of story!
 
Let's not kid ourselves, this was the perfect excuse for Murdoch to get rid of a sink hole and reinvent a more profitable Sunday rag.
 
Some bint on the radio earlier saying advertisers wouldn't want to associate their brands with the paper, the other expert in the conversation then informed her that the adverts are sold out for Sunday! If it get 2 million+ readership it will be the most widely read UK Sunday paper again and the advertisers will flock.

WTF seriously mate the news of the world was crap all the red tops are and although im from the lower class i do not care what anyone says, anyone that reads when of them papers should be shot and their bodies burnt.
 
Prime Ministers, and other elected reps fear the Suns editorial policy. A well executed tool of propaganda and socialisation.

That is not healthy. Nor are their links to the military, police top brass and corporate interests.

Could do with one day a week free from that brick...

If someone is influenced by the sun they need shooting.

The sun back winners, both labour and Tory. They followed the mood of he country
 
It's definitely the other way around.. It's a science for them mate, make no mistake! They and their tentacles have a massive influence on society and they know it, as evidenced in their gloating when the mask slipped! Only a particular free Chinese newspaper that gets nailed to telegraph poles etc has a more saturated readership in the world.

Even if it was the way you suggest, they would still be scum! Akin to the bat in Aesops fables! =P~
