A few weeks ago i twisted my knee playing footie for my team at work. Damaged my cruciate ligament and meniscus a bit, but nothing career threatening (not much of a career to be honest though
).
Im doing some boring excersises and also doing a bit of cycling to get my knee up and running again, but i wondered if anyone has experience with any aids to help speed this up.
Ive heard good things about a tape, Kinesiotape, basically what we have seen Bale wear and we saw among others Balotelli and Buffon use during the Euros.
Anyone tried this? Does it work/help?
