In the 2024/2025 season, Leroy Sané has made 45 appearances for Bayern Munich.
Bundesliga: 30 appearances, 11 goals, 5 assists.
UEFA Champions League: 13 appearances, 1 goal, 0 assists.
DFB-Pokal: 2 appearances, 1 goal, 0 assists.
Total: 45 appearances, 13 goals, 6 assists.

He brings a level of experience that we need. He’s not the same player who was on fire at City all those years back. But he’s still capable and a positive addition. I’d also potentially include Solomon in the squad as he can contribute.

Voted Yes to Sane but only if he’s not too expensive and we can add other players.

Never been overly impressed with him tbh
I was a fan when he joined City, he was a really exciting talent at Schalke, I don't think he ever truly, truly excelled at City but he did look quite good at least in his first season there.

Back in Germany now I don't think he's really kicked on the way he was expected to. They've basically replaced with other younger options, so he's not quite the player he was once thought to be but I guess the question for us is as an older player who has plenty of experience playing in the big matches and winning things can he add something to squad.

I'm really not sure, it again feels like we are overstocking on the left and not addressing the problems on the right. Like Tel I wouldn't say no to a loan, but I also wouldn't expect either to be game changers for us.

Ok watching that highlights video it seems he's been predominantly playing on the right for Bayern, at least he was last season and in that case I'm down for the idea. We need some depth and quality in the right and someone who offers more in general play than Johnson.

He's played a decent amount on both sides.
