Obviously not because Spurs unlike other clubs only needs one striker on its books at any one time. It would be foolhardy to think that if we had signed Aubameyang he could have been an inspiration to Kane. Heck I am shocked we signed Berbatov when we had Keane on our books already.

I remember when we were linked to him about 3 seasons ago he said he would never ever sign for Spurs because of the way we treated him
 
Perez revealed in a radio interview with Cadena Cope today that he receives very petty congratulatory messages from the Spurs chief whenever Los Blancos win the Champions League, as they have done three times in the last four years.

"Every time we win a European title, he (Daniel Levy) sends me the same message, 'Congratulations for the European title you have won with my players'."
