Circus ManUnitus - Erik's At The Wheel

he was doomed the moment he announced this would be his last job and he would be retiring on his terms, those weren't the terms he was given the job on

From a Memphis Depay interview:

With SEG, my agency, I sat down and considered everything, but then Manchester United came. Very quick and very direct. At that moment you immediately know: this is it. This is the absolute top. As a club, but also the league.' Some players first take a step between. ‘Yes, some do. One year earlier, Tottenham Hotspur was interested. I’ve thought about it, but my sense of honour is the most important thing. I thought: if I become champion with PSV and top scorer of the Dutch league, something bigger will come. I told myself to aim higher, y’know?'

Whats that? 'Sense of honour'? How's that working out for you Memphis? Perhaps a slight sting to the old 'honour' after todays defending on your part?

Prick.

They don't have very many good players imo. Some over-priced, potentially good players (Martial and Memphis) and some players that used to be top quality, but now are just decent (Rooney, Mata), one world-class player (De Gea), one good defender (Smalling) and tons of average sh1te (Felaini, Young, Jones etc.)

daley blind was actually one of the best playmakers in europe the season before he came to man u, Young is a decent squad player and Fellaini is a capable premership player that can be used to good effect in certain formations when tactics warrant it.

Jones is cack in my opinion.

If the personal abuse gets to much he may decide its not worth it.However talking about himself is a tactic often used to deflect criticism of the players. Find it amusing that Schnederlin is being kept out of the team by Carrick and Fellini

I watched the Stoke game and this United are one of the worst I have ever seen.
Memphis is one of the laziest players I've ever seen! Went into challanges half-hearted, and when he lost out (which was every time) he just gave up immediately. No tracking back whatsoever. Only time he did, he fudged up massively. As for the rest of the team, it looks like they give no more than 50%

It is this reason why i think unless LVG is sacked before their next game, you'll see Man u play like demons in the next game; if they don't like LVG and his methods, i doubt they'll like Jose's...

Ermmm....
