    OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Palace **. 28.12.25 4.30pm

Yeah, in short biggest missed opportunity we have or likely will have for most of our lives. Sickens me to look at the gooner scum and see them actually make use of their time in the sun. If it all goes pear shaped (but not too pear shaped) perhaps we will swap frank for poch at the end of the...

    OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Palace **. 28.12.25 4.30pm

We were dog brick for the second half of the season and it was a harbinger of things to come, as well as the first signs of decline caused by ENIC completely fudging Poch the summer before. To put it down to injuries is a nonsense.

The Current State of Spurs (and some sympathy for Thomas Frank)

Undoubtedly tough for a dry technocrat to follow a charismatic leader like Ange who had just ended a trophy drought (however flawed his football was). Injuries don't help, squad building has not provided ideal conditions. But I can't escape the feeling that he is too small time and too...

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

Bentancur isn't the main problem, it's the system, he has no options because we are set up so conservatively when we have the ball.

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

Big win and performance, needs to build on that now.

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

I'd like to see what he can do with Maddison and especially Kulu, but he won't get the chance at this rate.

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

I'd like to give him the season but this is horrible. Saudi Sportswashing Machine away next as well. Need to see big improvements and quickly if he's gonna see the new year.

*** The official 2025/26 Premier League thread ***

He's a coward, as evidenced today. His football is antithetical to the values of our club. I hope he succeeds but I'm not sure I want to waste one day every two weeks watching his brick football trying to find out.

I despise the muck we have been serving up for the vast majority of this season but it will all be worth it if we scum a win today.

*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur FC v Manchester United ***

The fundamental problem is not any one player but the utter lack of courage in the system.

*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur FC v Manchester United ***

No, but triple it then add some and we score a goal every 2 games. This football is a disgrace.

*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur FC v Manchester United ***

0.07 xG in that first half. At that rate, it would take 7 games to score a goal. If you can't see that that is utterly unacceptable then I can't help you. This is after 0.05 xG Vs Chelsea, and losing 2/3 home games for a year. I'm all for getting behind the team but surely there is a limit?

    Mauricio Pochettino

The irony of course being that he sacked Jose when on the cusp of getting something out of those players.

Spurs Summer transfer window 2025 - roundup and review

It's not a judgement made off that one game, it's a feeling I've had for a while. Tbf I think a lot of the times he was poor last season he wasn't fit, which will have been the case on the weekend. Regardless, a serious team doesn't have 1 specialist left back. (I don't even count Davies anymore)

As a reference to stepping up: look at Sarr's performances so far this season.

Spurs Summer transfer window 2025 - roundup and review

I seem to remember all his best clips coming from him dribbling in the channel, and popping up with goals. That being said I never actually watched him play. I do like him as a player but he needs to step up significantly if he's going to be the answer. Look at Saturday. We had Johnson who...

Spurs Summer transfer window 2025 - roundup and review

Tbh I still have question marks about Udogie, especially in a system that forces him to go outside more. He has absolutely no delivery from wide areas and seems to lack the pace on the ball to get around his man despite being quite a capable dribbler through the middle. And as much as Spence...

Spurs Summer transfer window 2025 - roundup and review

I know it's a squad game but this combo does look especially tasty: ----------------Muani---------------- Simons-------------------Kudus ----------Sarr---Kulusevski----- ---------------Palinha--------------- Udogie-VDV-Romero-Porro ----------------Vicario--------------- With Johnson as super sub.
