    Vinai Venkatesham - CEO

I'd have thought that Levy's priority would be the financing and construction of the hotel. Presumably another complex development in terms of funding, planning and building approvals etc etc. You'd have thought that the CEO would want a Commercial Director reporting to him, alongside a Football...

    Ange in or out?

Great posts above from Raziel and glorygloryeze. It's not for want of trying but it highlights how the Chairman really lost his way after appointing Jose, and we can only hope that the new CEO is the Deus ex machina we need. The good news is that once Ange is gone, the only way is up, surely...

***OMT*** Tottenham Hotspur v LiVARpool - Sunday April 27th 4.30pm

Very sensibly I spent the afternoon heart to heart with some lovely ladies, dancing Argentine Tango. Got in the car to hear we lost 5-1. But just seen the line up: this is a manager DESPERATE to win the Europa and salvage some pride. Not sure he's going to do it, but the team selection surely...

    Ange in or out?

Again, I'm not levy out, I just want accountability and acceptance of mistakes. I think the appointment of the new CEO is effectively "Levy out" of the football side. It's the Chairman's recognition that he can't be a full-time property developer and also run the footballing side of things. And...

    *** Tottenham Hotspur v Nottingham Forest ***

Fingers crossed Paratici will be back in place soon and, if so, I expect he will relieve Munn of his duties Do they do the same job? I see Paratici as a super scout with Board level connections. Munn is essentially a very senior manager with several departments to manage, including scouting...

    Ange in or out?

We just don't take risks. We are so risk adverse that we are almost the antithesis of our freaking motto. We don't dare and we absolutely don't do. I would argue that the trouble is that we have taken risks but recent footballing risks haven't worked out. As an example, I believe that Modric...

    Ange in or out?

I think Daniel Levy is as aware as anyone that in the last 5 or 6 years he has fallen short on the football side of things, hence appointing a new CEO. I would expect that the new guy's arrival will be when Levy publicly says that he is distancing himself from all footballing matters, and...

Contingency planning : When Ange is sacked, who should replace him?

Surely any other PL manager would not have this squad look so so bad?

Is Ange the worst manager Spurs have EVER had?

    Scott Munn

I thought it was bizarre that he never seemed to be visible attending games, but maybe he was in the Boardroom talking to the Board of the visiting team?

    Lucas Bergvall

I was thinking seriously of giving up my ST, but Bergvall is about the top reason for keeping it. Bergvall, Spence, Gray, Kulu, VDV, even Bentancur- they are my reasons to renew.

OMT - Tottenham Hotspur vs Eintracht Frankfurt

What I find frustrating is that at times last night we looked pretty close to being a good team. Which leads me to think another manager might be able to achieve more, not least with making the subs with sufficient time to influence the game. But how we could do with a "Son replacement", a...

OMT - Tottenham Hotspur vs Eintracht Frankfurt

As I'm sure others have said, how did Brennan miss that? Annoyed with Ange delaying the subs, we needed them 20 minutes earlier, and i suspect it would have been a very different story. Not too shabby a performance but we lack a cutting edge, how we could use a proper striker playing off Solanke.

    Ange in or out?

If I met conte right now I would shake his hand for telling the truth. No ifs or buts about it. Except he didn't. He wanted to get back to Italy and took the cowards way out, blowing up after an away draw (was it at Southampton) where the ref gifted them a goal. He was probably clever in not...

    Europa

Nothing to do with the thread, but it will be interesting to see what a half-decent manager could do with our team. We do gift chances to the opposition for fun. Was it Santini who forbade the full-backs to enter the opposition half? Not saying we should go that far, but a defence whose primary...

Contingency planning : When Ange is sacked, who should replace him?

When I'm at the Lane, I'm Mr Positive. Don't abuse players, don't abuse Levy and so far haven't done anything except support, But if we lose today I think we would be justified in singing "Fat Aussie clown shoe, you're just a...", which hasn't been heard since being aimed at Mark Viduka years ago...

    Ange in or out?

I think with a good manager and a couple of decent signings we have a top four side in the wings. First to be upgraded should be Sonny and Maddison, which won't be cheap but is essential.

Spurs vs Southampton, the OMT no-one wants to start

Hmmn, wondering about the age of your daughter, made me wonder where Chirpy has gone? When my lad started going, seeing the mascot was probably the highlight of the game....maybe that's why the club's mojo has gone awol, Chirpy's absence...??

Spurs vs Southampton, the OMT no-one wants to start

Our home form since losing to Ipswich in November is truly awful. We beat United but lost 6 and drew 3 of the other home fixtures in the last 10. But before that we beat Brentford, West Ham and Villa. So what were we doing right when we beat these teams. How can we get our mojo back??
