    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

Either way, the trend is upwards so I was just genuinely curious. I'm also curious what this graph would look like without that outlier haha... guessing that would keep the last 15 years also in an upward trend.

    Randal Kolo Muani

Odobert needs to be playing more... otherwise, we should've loaned him out or sold him. I think, and hope, we will see him improve this year, on the condition that he can actually have a chance to develop. IMO, RKM should be starting up front as that's where we will see the biggest improvement...

That outlier hits hard! Why is there a green and yellow trend separately for those time periods?

    Mathys Tel

I really feel for Tel... must have been a difficult decision for the management team but Tel is the sacrificial lamb here. I hope the fans give him support.

    João Palhinha

I think as the players get more used to having Palhinha in the squad (especially our CBs), they'll interchange more freely. Romero will spend more time in the other team's box as Palhinha is a better deputy to hang back than Bentancur, and it just makes more sense all around.

Maybe that: just one day :p

Because I want to really get involved in this argument it seems... This is whataboutism. Sure, other bad things happen. Make a thread and we can talk about those things there.

    Xavi Simons

My thinking is having that creative outlet might take pressure off needing to defend. That's why I thought we looked better with Bergvall on. Defense through attack, like we used to under Poch.

    Xavi Simons

Do you guys think yesterday's game's issues might be alleviated by this signing? The manner in which we struggled. Or was it something deeper in the midfield that was the problem?

    Xavi Simons

It's not inconceivable to be in for multiple targets simultaneously. Don't you think the club (any big club, really) is constantly assessing any option out there? There might be a hierarchy of preferred players, but maybe top 2-3 are good options and rest are smoke screens.

    Xavi Simons

It's been a bit of a rollercoaster on here lately but I'm very happy with this signing. I haven't been following this guy at all, as I only just knew him as a wonderkid/highly-rated young player at Leipzig that would eventually be bought by a bigger club. Didn't expect that club to be us as I...

    Brennan Johnson

Just to be clear, I'm very happy with BJ and I do think Frank is using him a little differently, but that's with the benefit of having Kudus in the team. Even if we're in low-block mode, I'd expect Johnson to be waiting on the shoulder of a defender ready to make a sprint forward. I really think...

    Pape Matar Sarr

Honestly, once he started getting game time, he's stayed in and around the first team fairly consistently. Had some really good games throughout but it's nice to see our persistence paying off. I'm very happy with how he's playing for us, as I think he deserves to be playing in the CL.

    Brennan Johnson

I have to admit, I feel like I have been fairly neutral about him. You can't argue with his goal return but I thought we needed a player that has more (and honestly, Kudus is kind of showing that), but in this system, it's about having different tools to break down defenses. With that said, I'm...

    Eberechi Eze

Honestly, Olise is way better at chess than Eze. My take is that we didn't fully wipe after we took a dump, and then we sat down on the bed and got some poop on the sheets. So not a complete crapping of the bed straight-up. More of a second-hand turd action happening here. For me, our only good...

    Pedro Porro

Vicario gives the huddle pep talks as well, it seems. I think it's great to have several leaders in the team, but the key is for them to lead by example and not just a few words of encouragement (both are necessary IMO).

I love the positivity! serious relegation fears

    Brennan Johnson

I'm just happy to have him in the squad, as he's a very potent weapon if used correctly. I get it, I do want him to create more as well for his teammates but he really is more of a second striker/inside forward. Thing is, he does have more competition which is great. It will push him on and...
