    Nothing is ever perfect, but true. What’s with all this talk about «having agreed terms with the player, but not put in a bid yet» - I thought you weren’t allowed to tap up a player and talk to his representatives until a bid had been accepted?

    I saw Disclosure Day yesterday. There were a few plot holes, I suppose, but overall I enjoyed it a lot. The main actress was excellent.

Most of the kids we let go won't go on to become world beaters (or players in the mould of what we aim for), that's just a number's game - we can't keep on holding onto every young player just in case they might come good. Although the romantic in me would very much want for the kids...
