World Cup 2026: Mexico, USA and Canada

Pickford should have got to their first. Replay of Bellingham was shown after the match last night where he’s clearly seen saying ‘it’s in the middle of the goal’ Poor subs, some poor performances from starters too. Didn’t deserve to go through in my opinion. With hindsight I don’t think they...

    Cristian Romero

He said they were the best worst defensive pairing in the world. Or the worst best, forget the word order. Neville has had a bee in his bonnet about Romero for a long time. Imagine he’s had similar about Martinez but don’t closely follow what he says about United. Or the overlap as it’s called

Have the two best full backs at this World Cup been from a defence that was nearly relegated last season?

I like the idea of this but it would just mean VAR checks to see if someone’s toe is on the line as the ball is kicked

World Cup 2026: Mexico, USA and Canada

Will we have a right back ready for first game of the season? Brilliant performance from Spain. Keep the ball well and it nullifies any team

    ITK Thread

Think it was RDZs first game against Sunderland when Gray started. He tried playing a long cross field ball and it went out, RDZ was complaining on the touch line. He was subbed pretty soon after and didn’t get much of a look in after. Seems a manager who wants everyone ready immediately and not...

    Xavi Simons

RDZ played 10 and have a recollection of him saying he can help Xavi because he knows how to play there himself. Hopefully he recovers well and we see this pay off later in the season

    Cristian Romero

Simeone being at every Argentina game would lead you to believe it’s inevitable he goes to Atletico. Just makes sense that transfer. If Alvarez goes to Barca maybe they will have the funds for it? For the record I like Romero. When he’s on song and focused I don’t think there’s many better than...

    Cristian Romero

The number of teams who can sign him for the money we’d like to get is very small. Saudi teams won’t spend the money they have previously because they’ve got what they wanted from that experiment in the World Cup hosting. No prem team would take him because as said above his card is marked...

    Sandro Tonali

I’m not too fussed about the delay. TalkSPORT are saying it’s all completed and signed, just not announced. Would be miraculous even for us to mess it up from this point

    Sandro Tonali

This is the bit for me. All over TalkSPORT and online other fans are trying to discredit us for the signing. We have the money to spend within the rules so the simple question is - does Tonali improve our starting 11? Answer is yes

I know it’s talkSPORT and they like to play dumb on certain things, and if that is the case here then Agbonlahor could be the best method actor I’ve seen. But how can he not figure out that just because their owner is rich doesn’t mean the club is

I have a feeling he’ll never be the same player he was. Wasn’t blessed with pace but what little he had will be gone and the physicality of the prem might prove too much Hope I’m wrong

Last summer the same day we apparently triggered the MGW clause a source claimed we were in for Wharton. For 3 hours it felt like how a serious club is run. At least this time it’s happening for real

    Sandro Tonali

Just a Connor mcgregor quote. Not an endorsement of him in any way just thought it was fitting. The whole league wanted us gone but now we’re back and on the way to being serious once again

    Sandro Tonali

Bergvall will go for similar so that’s Tonali paid for. Romero could fetch a high price and before we know it we’re breaking even for Fernandes and complaining about the board. Everyone is happy
