    Well, quite. Which is still unlikely to happen, but is made slightly more likely by not registering him. To the point where his camp is at least able to deploy threats of legal action as part of their negotiation stance, even if they aren’t that credible.

    Yes, that’s the problem with Switzerland. Pegasos in Basel is more lenient than Dignitas with requirements for people with chronic or progressive conditions, though.
